Join us for a calming and resetting Sound Bath. Starting with some simple breathing exercises and then throughout the following hour you will journey through the Sounds of 8 432hz Chakra Singing Bowls, a Earth Chakra Gong, Star Chakra Gong and rainmaker. This releases tension and can induce deep states of meditation.
Each session gives you what you need on the day, anything from helping injuries heal, profound experiences, inducing a calm state to generally shifting and balancing out your energy.
Please bring a mat, cushion, blanket or anything that will help you get comfortable.
